Kept saying I wanted blonde bomb shell when I just wanted wheat/white icy highlights against my Smokey flat ash dark dark blonde brown hair!!! I’m ethnic, Sicilian & if you don’t work my hair right it gets brassy & greenish., also I’m old enough to know what works with my hair & what don’t! This child refused to do what I wanted or even what her assistant wanted trying to tell her it wasn’t working!! Cost me $110 then another $50 plus tip to have it fixed, when any other salon would of made it right & not charged a client & this doesn’t account for my wasted time!!! Total DISASTER!My hair immediately is fading & looks nothing but brassy gold & she ruined a years worth of growth!!! I wanted my hair color with white icy highlights!!!They ruined my hair color plus undid all the lows & I now have a whole head of gold hair that’s brassy!!!! I look like a yuckle that tried to do my own hair!! & still have to spend more money to try & have someone fix it or Shave my head!“Do NOT Go here!!”They really don’t know how to do shadow root, smudging or byliage!!!Thanx a lot Morgan., thankfully you didn’t do my moms hair cause you wouldn’t of wanted to tangle with her.
